How to Return Items
Contact Us Immediately
Call us at +1 (343) 996-9979 or email info@kfresh.ca within the return window. For prepared meals, contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
Provide Order Information
Have your order number ready and explain the issue. Take photos if there's visible damage or quality concerns.
Return or Keep the Item
Depending on the issue, we may ask you to return the item or we may process the refund without requiring a return.
Receive Your Refund
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Delivery Issues
